This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Data Scientist at Papcorns. You will work closely with mobile engineers, product managers, and designers to analyze user behavior, surface product insights, and help shape data-driven decisions across our app portfolio. This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a real product environment and learn how data and AI come together in consumer mobile apps used by millions. The role is based in Istanbul, Türkiye, with flexibility for some remote work.
Gereksinimler
Zorunlu Yetkinlikler:
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn or similar)
• Working knowledge of basic JavaScript
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Working knowledge of Git
• Basic understanding of statistics: hypothesis testing, distributions, A/B testing
• Ability to write and maintain code with AI-assisted IDEs (Cursor / Claude Code / similar)
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and communicate findings clearly
• Good command of written and spoken English
Tercih Edilen Yetkinlikler:
• Experience with mobile analytics platforms (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
• Knowledge of In app purchases and Subscription Management platforms (Adapty , Revenuecat)
• Familiarity with machine learning pipelines or LLM integrations
• Exposure to product analytics in consumer app environments
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or BigQuery
• Knowledge of pLTV Modeling and Survival Analysis
