Delivery & Refund Terms

This page sets out the delivery, cancellation and refund terms for OdiHire and other services provided by Odigos Teknoloji Çözümleri A.Ş. ("ODIGOS").

1. Scope of Service

ODIGOS provides the following digital services:

  • OdiHire: AI-powered HR assistant and applicant tracking system (ATS) (SaaS), including the Odi — Personal Career Assistant consumer feature
  • OdiMeet: AI-powered online interview assistant (SaaS)
  • OdiCall: AI-powered phone assistant (SaaS)
  • OdiBot: HR and regulatory chatbot (SaaS)

📌 Note: ODIGOS does not sell physical products. All our services are digital services.

2. Service Delivery

2.1 SaaS Products (OdiHire, OdiMeet, OdiCall, OdiBot)

  • After payment confirmation, your account details are sent by e-mail within 24 hours at the latest
  • Platform access is activated instantly
  • User guide and support information are provided upon account activation
  • If onboarding training is requested, it is scheduled within 3 business days

Payments are processed securely through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Credit card, debit card and bank transfer/EFT are accepted.

4. Cancellation Terms

4.1 SaaS Subscription Cancellation

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at least 5 days before the next billing period
  • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date
  • Cancellation requests can be made by e-mail to serhatagit.satici@odigostechnology.com or via the platform
  • After cancellation, service use continues until the end of the current period

5. Refund Terms

5.1 SaaS Refund Policy

✅ 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if they are not satisfied.

  • Within 14 days: Unconditional full refund (valid for the first subscription)
  • After 14 days: No refund for the remaining period; the service remains usable until the end of the period
  • For annual subscriptions, after 14 days the remaining amount may be refunded after deducting the monthly usage fee (valid for the first 3 months)

5.2 Situations Where No Refund Is Made

Refund requests are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Account suspension due to breach of the terms of use
  • The service having been fully used
  • Problems arising from third-party integrations
  • Customer-caused technical issues or provision of incomplete information
  • Subscription cancellations beyond the 14-day trial period (except for special cases)

6. Refund Process

You can submit your refund request along with the following information to serhatagit.satici@odigostechnology.com:

  • Name, surname and company information
  • Order/Subscription number
  • Reason for the refund
  • Payment bank/card information (last 4 digits)

Refund requests are evaluated within 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your account within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services once use has begun. However, ODIGOS prioritizes customer satisfaction by offering a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

9. Changes

ODIGOS reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. The current terms are always published on our website. Material changes are notified to existing customers by e-mail.
