The legal ground relied upon for each purpose is stated explicitly in Section 3. The duty to inform and explicit consent are fulfilled separately; for activities requiring explicit consent, your consent is obtained separately and freely.

1 Scope of Services

Depending on the service you use, your personal data may be processed in two main contexts:

a) Employer / Recruitment Services (OdiHire)

Conducting recruitment and candidate-evaluation processes; assessing your applications; matching you with suitable positions.

b) Odi — Personal Career Assistant (odihire.com/aday)

In this service, you share your own public LinkedIn profile link with us. The public content of your profile is retrieved through a third-party data-retrieval (profile-fetch) service, processed through an AI-powered analysis, and you are provided with profile-optimization suggestions, a visibility assessment and a career roadmap. If you wish, you may add your profile to the OdiHire talent pool (subject to explicit consent).

2 Personal Data We Process

Identity data (first name, last name)
Contact data (phone, e-mail)
Professional data (title, work experience, CV)
Education data
Skills, competencies and certifications
Public LinkedIn profile content

Transaction/payment data (subscription, invoice)
Digital traces (IP address, activity/system logs)
About special-category data: Profile content may contain special-category data such as association/foundation/union membership, beliefs, or health. Our service is professional/career-focused; we do not aim to process or store special-category data. Because you submit your own profile at your own request, such data is treated as having been made public by you; nevertheless, if you do not want your special-category data included in the analysis, you may restrict the relevant sections of your profile.

4 Analysis by Automated Systems (Artificial Intelligence)

In the Odi service, profile analysis is performed entirely by automated artificial-intelligence systems. The resulting score, suggestions and inferences are advisory in nature; they do not constitute a binding decision that produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you. Under Article 11(g) of the KVKK, you have the right to object to a result that arises against you solely through the analysis of your data by automated systems. The fact that the analysis is generated by artificial intelligence is clearly disclosed in this notice and in the service interface.
