Terms of Service

1 Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to all natural and legal persons (the "User") who use the OdiHire platform (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

OdiHire is a cloud-based recruitment-management platform developed and operated by Odigos Teknoloji Çözümleri Danışmanlık San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (the "Company"). It also includes Odi — Personal Career Assistant, a consumer service that analyzes your own public LinkedIn profile and provides optimization suggestions.

2 Description of Service

OdiHire is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides the following:

• Creating, publishing and managing job postings
• Receiving and tracking candidate applications
• CV parsing and analysis
• AI-assisted candidate evaluation and matching
• Interview scheduling and online-meeting (Google Meet / Microsoft Teams) integration
• Automated SMS and e-mail notifications
• AI-assisted voice interview (OdiBot)
• AI Sourcing of candidates
• Reporting and analytics
• Odi — Personal Career Assistant: AI-powered analysis of your own public LinkedIn profile with optimization suggestions, a visibility assessment and a career roadmap

3 Account Creation and Security

• A valid e-mail address (and, for business accounts, company information) is required to create an account on the Platform.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of a security breach.

4 User Obligations

Users of the Platform must comply with the following:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information
• Use the Platform in accordance with the law and ethical rules
• Respect the rights of third parties
• Refrain from any action that endangers the security of the Platform
• Not reverse-engineer, extract source code, or copy the Platform
• Not use the Platform with automated bots or scrapers
• Not gain unauthorized access to other users' data

5 Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, software, design, logo, content and all related intellectual property rights belong to Odigos Teknoloji Çözümleri. Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform
• Use the OdiHire trademark without permission
• Use the content on the Platform for commercial purposes

The rights to content uploaded to the Platform by users (job postings, company information, etc.) belong to the user. The Company uses such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6 Data Protection and Privacy

Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided on our Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice (KVKK) pages.

For candidate data processed on the Platform in the recruitment context, the Company acts as the "Data Processor" and the customer as the "Data Controller"; a Data Processing Agreement applies between the parties.

7 Service Continuity and Maintenance

• The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted and error-free.
• Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
• The Company cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disaster, cyber-attack, infrastructure issues, etc.).
• The Company reserves the right to make improvements and updates to the Platform.

8 Fees and Payment

• Platform pricing is determined by the selected package and usage terms.
• Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.
• An account may be suspended due to unpaid invoices.
• The refund policy applies according to the contract terms and our Delivery & Refund Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company:

• Does not guarantee the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose
• Cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or special damages
• Is not responsible for problems arising from third-party integrations (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
• Cannot be held liable for damages arising from users' incorrect or unauthorized use of the Platform

AI output: Suggestions, scores and analyses produced by the Odi service are advisory, are generated by artificial intelligence, and do not guarantee any employment outcome, hiring, or specific result. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.

10 Termination

• The User may request to close their account at any time.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who act in breach of these Terms.
• After account closure, data is retained in accordance with statutory retention periods and then deleted.

11 Changes

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes are communicated to users by e-mail or via the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes between the parties.
